Warranty Claim

If you believe your GAIA CO LTD product is defective, and wish to have it reviewed for repair or replacement, you must submit a warranty claim through our online warranty claim form (below). Claims will not be reviewed without the required photo/video documentation. GAIA CO LTD will repair or replace defective items at no cost to the customer, but the customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of all transportation/shipping of the product to and from a repair facility, GAIA Campers USA, or to the GAIA Camper USA Authorized Dealer where you purchased the product.
