If you believe your GAIA CO LTD product is defective, and wish to have it reviewed for repair or replacement, you must submit a warranty claim through our online warranty claim form (below). Claims submitted without the required photo/video documentation and serial number, will not be reviewed. At their discretion, GAIA CO LTD will repair or replace defective items. However, any packaging/shipping costs elected by the customer to transport/ship product to/from an authorized repair facility are the responsibly of the customer. The GAIA Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase from GAIA Campers USA LLC or GAIA Campers USA LLC Authorized Dealer.
