Returns and Refunds

GAIA Products may only be returned or refunded if they are in the original unopened packaging.  They must be returned within 2 calendar weeks and are subject to Return Authorization. The customer is responsible for the cost of the original shipping, return shipping, and applicable restocking and credit card/bank fees.   If you wish to cancel your order prior to it being picked up, installed, or shipped, please see the CANCELLATION POLICY.
